Our mission statement is to provide training in relevant practical life skills to the vulnerable youth and women in the surrounding communities, for self-reliance and/or employment.

The vision of BRDC is an empowered community with knowledge, attitude and skills that will enable community members to utilise their resources in a sustainable manner, with respect for each other and the environment.

The goal of BRDC is to impart knowledge and skills to students and the rural community through their participation in vocational training or community based training that upon completion will enable them to become more self-reliant and aware of the presence and goodness of God.
